Invest in Women Code

The Investing in Women Code is a government sponsored initiative to support the advancement of female entrepreneurship in the UK by improving female entrepreneurs’ access to tools, resources and finance from the financial services sector.

Signatories to the Investing in Women Code commit to a culture of inclusion and to advancing access to capital for female entrepreneurs.

By taking the pledge, organisations commit to:

  1. Having an appointed member of senior leadership responsible for equality in funding
  2. Promoting an increase of transparency when it concerns data surrounding female funding
  3. Modifying and adopting internal practices to bolster women in business
